Part three of personal poster series involves separating my own thoughts about my body from the thoughts of others.
in honor of all the recent olympic activity—-
started my morning with a 35min swim - breaststroke is my weapon of choice.
basically i can do it forever, and i feel like it works my problem areas the best.
triceps and inner/outer thighs. i love how swimming works your whole body!
and your body recovers WHILE you’re swimming ‘cause the water is so much better for it.
