hell yes!

lost an inch and a half around my waist

and an inch around my hips 

in 6 days :) 

intense cardio and circuit weight training

low fat, high protein and fiber diet.

i’m gonna be ready for summer in NO time!

marissa miller’s body is just SO sick.  candice is gorgeous too, but that tiny waist isn’t exactly something that everyone can attain.  she’s not a realistic physical role model for me.  i’m glad i can recognize that :)

well that’s some bullshit

went to the gym at 5:05 for the 5:30 cycling class, and while there were only about 15 people SITTING on bikes, waiting for class to begin, EVERY OTHER OF THE 50 BIKES WAS RESERVED WITH EITHER A WATER BOTTLE OR A TOWEL.

seriously, I think you should only be able to call as seat yours if your ass is in it!

so i didn’t get to cycle :(

I just did my own workout, tried to prep myself for the next cycling opportunity - so I set up 30 minutes on a stationary bike and set it up for a hill interval, so I was at 80% resistance and would alternate between 60rpm and 100rpm, each exchange the 60 would get shorter and the 100 would get longer.

my ass was quite sore after 30 minutes to say the least!

then i stretched out and did some ab exercises and stretched some more

hit some spots on my arms/shoulders quick, did 3x20 oblique twists at 50 lbs (and 1x at 70lbs)

and ended with a stairmaster sprint for 10 minutes :)

niiiiice and schweaty.

Bodybuilders are seriously the nicest people. Sometimes at the gym they can seem intimidating because once they get there, they’re in the zone (I can testify), but outside the gym, they are so nice! I mean look at me! I guess I’m technically a “bodybuilder” because I’m trying to build my body…even though I don’t look much like it yet. Haha :)
